Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises designed to benefit every
muscle, joint, ligament, tendon, and organ in the body.

A challenging yoga flow designed to work with all levels of students, from beginners to advanced. The classes are 90 minutes in a heated room to encourage detoxification, increase circulation, and provide for safe stretching. Whether you are looking for a great workout, to reduce stress, or alleviate stress.

Douglas is the Owner and Director of Bikram’s Yoga College of  India – Southeast and has lived in Portland most of his life. Douglas started teaching Bikram’s Yoga after completing the Bikram’s Methods of Yoga training in 1999. Douglas is a very skilled instructor and provides supportive clear instruction that reflects the discipline of Bikram’s Yoga. Read more about Douglas’ here.
