Featured Posture

Well, it is only fitting to end the year with the last “posture” in the series: Final Breathing, or Kapal Bhati in Vaj Rasana in Sanskrit. Snapping one’s belly in and forcing out the air takes a little practice, especially at the pace we keep in the second set. But once you can keep your whole body from bouncing around, and can focus the energy in your center, the benefits are enormous! Here are some of them:

•    Brings mental clarity
•    Forms abdominal muscles
•    Normalizes bowels
•    Energizes body
